This is strictly high quality coffee, all single origin arabica coffee beans blended to perfection with not a single robusta bean in sight.
Classic Italian House Blend "Moka Lisa". 100% arabica, no robusta just a classic blend of Brazilian, Colombian and Guatemalan coffee beans in a moka style (deep chocolate flavours). A favourite of cafes, restaurants and hotels as a well balanced yet strong all day espresso option. These coffee beans are also available as a darker roast for after lunch & dinner. We can also add robusta if required, we have a number of high quality robustas available to us if you prefer the increased caffeine (minimum order of 1kg for custom roasts).
Why Moka Lisa? Mona Lisa was my father in laws favourite song so nothing to do with the infamous painting. This is our take on a classic Italian blend, shown here brewed with Moka Pot but filter, espresso, aeropress and pour over work great too.
